Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Request a return

Email aaafutures21@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide instructions and, where a physical return is required, the correct return address. Do not send items to the supplier or an address on the shipping label without our instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without charging you return shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging help us investigate. A replacement or refund may be available without returning the item, depending on the issue.

Refunds

After an eligible return has been received and inspected, or a refund without return approved, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post it. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We can cancel and refund an unshipped order if processing can still be stopped. For exchanges, contact us first to confirm availability and next steps.
