Where we ship

Fur & Home currently ships to the United States. Standard shipping is free for the pet hair removal roller. Available options and charges are shown at checkout. We do not offer an Express service for this product.

Processing and delivery

Our roller is sourced and shipped through our fulfillment partner in China. Processing is separate from carrier delivery. The supplier currently displays a processing estimate of 1–4 days and a delivery estimate of 5–11 days for the selected US shipping method. These estimates reflect only part of the supplier's historical orders and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Stock sourcing, destination, carrier conditions and customs can extend the time required.

Contact aaafutures21@gmail.com before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date or are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory, a military address or a PO box, so we can confirm service availability.

Tracking and delays

We will send tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update. If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund for an unshipped order.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for changes or cancellation; changes may no longer be possible after processing or shipment begins. For damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered orders, email us with your order number so we can investigate.
